Standard porta potty
$125 to $250 a weekend
Columbus, OH
Columbus Porta Pros has served the city and 11 surrounding communities for portable toilets, septic pumping, dumpsters, storage containers, restroom trailers, temporary fencing and handwashing stations since 1998. We operate from Columbus with trucks covering the metro area from Delaware, 24.7 miles north, to Pickerington, 18.7 miles southeast.

We started because construction sites and events in Columbus needed toilets delivered fast and serviced weekly without excuses. A crew member noticed that most rental companies treated customers like nuisance calls between their big commercial contracts. We decided to answer the phone ourselves and build around what a single job actually costs and what it actually needs.
That meant learning OSHA 1926.51(c) toilet counts before we opened our doors, not after we'd rented you two units when you needed four. It meant checking ADA restroom requirements for every job that named accessibility as a requirement, not claiming it and hoping. For septic pumping, it meant understanding that a residential tank pumped every 3 to 5 years depends on tank size and household size, so we ask questions instead of guessing. We've kept that habit.
Columbus growth meant we added dumpsters. Then restroom trailers when events wanted real plumbing. Then storage containers and temporary fencing as job sites grew more complex. Handwashing stations came next because 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) requires soap and towels or a hand drying device, not hand sanitizer alone. We still refuse to rent equipment we don't service properly ourselves.
Columbus Porta Pros operates standard portable toilets with 60 to 70 gallon holding tanks, each about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, standing 92 inches tall. We stock deluxe flushable units for higher-use sites. We keep ADA accessible toilets on hand because ADA Standards section 213.2 requires at least 5 percent of a cluster to meet accessibility specs, and we measure the 36 inch minimum clear width and 60 inch turning circle ourselves before delivery.
For events, we rent restroom trailers with real sinks, multiple stalls and climate control. For sites with septic systems, we pump tanks and handle grease interceptors, we pump when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. Dumpsters come in sizes from 10 to 40 yards. We deliver roll-off dumpsters and handle the paperwork because Columbus City Code Chapter 903 requires an occupancy permit for containers in the public right-of-way. We confirm placement with the city before we leave.

Weekly service is the baseline. We pump, sanitize and restock every unit we rent on a schedule that fits the job. For construction sites, OSHA portable toilet requirements are not optional and not flexible. A site with 40 workers needs 2 toilet seats and 2 urinals under OSHA 1926.51(c). We deliver that and we verify it with you before you sign.
We've serviced home renovations, county fairs, wedding receptions, film sets, disaster relief operations and demolition crews across Columbus and out to Westerville, 14.2 miles north. We answer calls the same way we did in 1998: by listening to what the job needs, quoting it straight, and showing up when we said we would.
We answer the phone. A person in the Columbus office talks to you, not a call center in another state. We service every unit ourselves and we know what broke because we fixed it last time.
Yes. We serve Grandview Heights, Bexley, Upper Arlington, Whitehall, Gahanna, Grove City, Westerville, Hilliard, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Dublin and Delaware. Delivery fees vary by distance. Call for your location.
We offer weekend delivery and service. Pricing is higher because the crew works a premium shift, but we do it.
We keep buffer capacity for emergency septic service and emergency porta-potty rental in Columbus. Call and tell us what broke and when you need it fixed.
We'll walk through Columbus City Code requirements with you. For dumpsters and containers, we pull the permit. For porta-potty permit requirements, we confirm placement in the right-of-way with the city before delivery. You're covered.
