What do you need from me to build a quote?
Four things get you a firm price: the service, the address, the dates, and the headcount. The service can be as simple as one standard porta potty in a driveway or as involved as a full construction site services package with restrooms, a dumpster and fencing on the same delivery. The address matters because delivery is priced by distance from our Columbus yard. The dates set whether you are quoted a weekend, a week or a month. What does a Columbus quote actually include?
Every quote breaks out three lines so you can see where the money goes. Equipment is the rental itself: a standard unit runs $125 to $250 for a weekend and $125 to $325 for a month, a deluxe flushable porta potty runs $200 to $350 for a weekend, and an ADA accessible porta potty runs $199 to $300 for a weekend. Delivery is a separate line at $50 to $150 depending on where in the metro you are. Service visits run $30 to $60 per week per unit. Can you quote more than one service at once?
Yes, and bundling saves a delivery trip. A single quote can cover portable restroom rental, a roll-off dumpster, handwashing station rental to satisfy OSHA 1926.51(f)(1), temporary fencing for the perimeter, a storage container for tools, and a mobile office trailer rental for the site super. Does the quote cover permits and placement?
We flag permits on the quote so nothing surprises you on delivery day. Placement entirely on private property, a driveway, a parking lot or a fenced job site, does not require a permit.
