A deluxe flushable unit adds an electric flush, a larger holding tank, hand sanitizer and sometimes a soap dispenser. Do I need a permit to place a portable toilet or dumpster in Columbus?

Why does a portable toilet smell?
The tanks are sealed and vented. Without use, there's minimal odor. Heavy traffic and warm weather increase smell. We service on schedule and add deodorizer at each visit. Well-maintained units smell far less than a portable toilet left sitting unused. Keep the lid closed between uses.
